Lactation & Maternity Referral Process
Step 1: Once you complete the online referral and/or prescription form(s) you will receive an automated confirmation of your submission.
Step 2: We will reach out to your patient & coordinate their needs
Step 3: We will send you a patient report after the services have been rendered.
Phototherapy Referral Process
Step 1: Once you complete the online referral and/or prescription form(s) you will receive an automated confirmation of your submission & we will reach out if we have questions.
Step 2: We will reach out to your patient right away to coordinate their appointment(s).
Step 3: Once we have appointment details, we will communicate that toy via your preferred method of communication
After the initial appointment has been completed, we will stay in daily communication with you while we customize your patients

A: For in-home phototherapy, we strive to schedule visits as soon as possible—often the same day as the referral. For all other services, we aim to see patients within 48 hours of receiving a referral. Our priority is providing timely care so mothers and babies receive the support they need without delay.

A: We keep referring providers informed throughout the patient’s care. After each consultation, you will receive a detailed report outlining treatment progress, recommendations, and any necessary follow-up actions.
